Neighborhood spotlight: Lekki's continued boom

Lekki has steadily become one of Lagos's most-watched neighborhoods. Young families priced out of Ikoyi and Victoria Island are settling here for the schools, beaches, and modern housing stock.

Median sale price over the past 12 months sits at ₦220M for detached homes and ₦135M for terraces. Days on market average 14 — faster than the Lagos-wide median of 19.
